Getting Started with ADACare, a registered NDIS provider<\/strong><\/h1>

ADACare is\u00a0a registered NDIS service provider who specialise in disability and aged care support. Our goal is to make sure you live the life you choose as independently as possible, making your own decisions. That is why we will work with you to create a personalize care plan tailored to your needs. We pride ourselves in turning things around quickly, being a new diverse company.<\/p>

Accessing the NDIS<\/span><\/h3>

If you need further information on how to access the NDIS then find out here<\/a>. In summary, you will need to have a permanent and significant disability or developmental delay, be of a certain age, live in Australia and be an Australian citizen or have the relevant visa. If these conditions are met then complete an access form<\/a>. ADACare will then work with you to create your own plan.<\/p>

Are you looking to switch NDIS providers?<\/strong><\/h3>

If you are currently looking to switch NDIS service providers and remain in control of your plan. You are able to change at any time by following these simple steps:<\/p>

  1. Check the terms and conditions of your service agreement. This agreement will give you information on any termination periods or cancellation fees that may apply when cancelling the services of your current provider.<\/li>
  2. End the service agreement with your current service provider. This should be formally done in writing to make your current provider aware of your request to end the agreement that you have with that service provider.<\/li>
  3. Remove your service booking on the MyPlace portal. You will need to talk to your current provider and request this so that your new provider can create their own service booking for you.<\/li><\/ol>
