Kitchens4u.ie undertake to deliver their goods to all parts of the Island of Ireland. Delivery is based on the weight of orders. All orders are calculated individually on their weight. Online orders delivery charges are calculated automatically as items are added to the shopping cart. Weight Charges are calculated as follows:
Worktops
Delivery schedules for online orders that are in stock and off the shelf is 3-5 workings days excluding weekends. Delivery schedules for made to order items is 8-12 working days.
Painted stock – e.g. kitchen doors, panels, and accessories have a lead time of 5-7 weeks a this time of printing. Made to order products such as vinyl kitchen doors, panels and accessories have a lead time of 10-14 working days.
We deliver to the following Provinces on these days:
Leinster – Mondays
Munster – Tuesdays
Ulster – Wednesday
Connacht – Thursday
Dublin and Greater Dublin – Friday.
Some deliveries that can be sent by courier will have a shorter delivery schedule. Please ask about your order when enquiring with staff.
All deliveries must be received by the customer and checked for damages. Once the delivery docket is signed and the driver has left there is no comeback on any damaged goods.
Goods that arrive damaged must be returned to the driver before he leaves and noted on the delivery docket and photos must be sent to info@kitchens4u.ie with customer details and order number. A member of staff will get back to you once this information is processed.
Our delivery vans only have one driver and it is the customers responsibility to have able bodied and fit people on site who are capable of taking in worktops when a delivery arrives. Drivers are not permitted to lift worktops.
We will endeavour to deliver all orders on time and to the right location. In the event of any unforeseen delays we will do our best to inform customers before hand about these delays as some things are just unavoidable.
Customers will be notified when the order is leaving, en-route and about 2 hours before arrival by Kitchens4u.ie and their Drive. In the event that your package will be delivered by courier you will be contacted by the courier company.
Goods delivered by Courier must also be checked for damages before singing and before the courier leaves. If goods are damaged then they should be sent back with the courier and not kept on your premises.
